Before working the peripheral parts of the body the core needs to be strong and stable. Clients' bodies will be challenged in strength, stability, stamina, and stretch.


Clients' bodies will change from the inside out. There will be noticeable improvement in posture, strength, stamina, flexibility and an overall feeling of wellness.


Our dance program is designed to create dancer-athletes. Our focus is on Technique, Choreography, Personal Development, Physical Performance, Fitness, and Nutrition.

Acro/ Tumbling

Our tumbling program consists of: Cardio Warm-up, Stretching, Conditioning, Progressive Gymnastics with a focus on Tumbling and mastering required skills.
